  • Abstract
In this paper, an exponential function is introduced to modify the viscous element of Burgers model. The result shows modified Burgers model is advantageous to describe the creep behavior of hardened concrete and the creep test results are in good agreement with the theoretical predictions of creep equations derived from modified Burgers model.
