- Abstract
According to multivariant linear regression analysis for Economies of Scale of construction industry,the paper argues that it is unreasonable for taking the Economies of Scale as the economical course of Construction Enterprise Group (CEG) as it would misguide us.This paper gives a more reasonable interpretation.There are Economies of Scope only if the core enterprises take advantage of their more advanced technology,more scientific administration,and more valuable message to integrate other enterprises vertically and have multivariant management,and develop Economies of Scope.The Economies of Scope Theory can give us a lot of useful messages for the foundation and resystematizing of CEG.
