  • Abstract
The system of house-owner committee is the base for establishing a new system which combines the self-government of proprietorship and the professional management of property-management company.Because of the underdevelopment of house-owner committee system and its imperfect legislation in China, a lot of problems still existed.The main problems are: the lack of proper legal position of house-owner committee;a lot of improper regulations existed in the foundation of house-owner committee;inexplicit definition of the character of the contract of property service;the lack of detailed rules of supervising house-owner committee,etc.Through probing into today's house-owner committee system,this article figures out some problems and gives some suggestion and comment based on these problems.
