- Abstract
Most papers about the experiment of fruits and vegetables conservation put emphasis on the analysis of experiment results,and seldom discuss the whole process of experimenting.Therefore,this paper describes in particular the experimental design,creating the experimental environment,and the analysis of experimental data,based on experimental research for the post-harvest lychee(fruit) storage.At last,the authors sum up the experience from this experimentation.
