- Abstract
In China,the distribution system of rural land resources is related to the farmers' benefit and the rural development.With the improvement of the farming productivity,the distribution system of rural land resources needs to be improved at present China.This paper has studied the changes of land distribution system in the ancient China,and pointed out some defects of the land distribution system that existed in the rural area of present China.At the end of this paper,it has also proposed some beneficial suggestion on the distribution system of rural land resources of future China,such as keeping the land villagers-owned system,put land-contract-right with the property right,protecting the land concentration trend and decreasing the pension function of the rural land etc.
